March on in

Well it has been a long time since our last post. February is leaving us this week and March is coming, which means that Baseball season starts next week for Darin. Kim is doing the HR BLOCK thing again this year and she rocks at it. We are so busy we barely have time to hang with the Bos man. He is the best part of our days.
To catch you all up on everything that is going on with us, I have been sick for the past month. I finally went to the doctor on Thursday and found out that I have a case of Bronchitis. So I was told to basically stay home and rest for the next four days. Other than being sick, I am on a quest to lose 100Lbs. by NOV. I am currently down 25 pounds since DEC. and I do not plan on stopping.
Boston had his 4 month appointment this month and he measured 26 inch Tall 15.3lbs. and a small head. he is in the 97% for height. so that is so cool. We hope he continues to grow like a weed. 60% in weight and 50% in head size. So he is a bean stock. Last week he figured out how to get out of tummy time, he decided that he would just roll over and so he can now roll from tummy to back but not back to tummy just yet.

Christmas Break

We added a new member to our family. His name is Gus-Gus. He is a Yorkie/Lhasa Apso Mix. He is a pretty good puppy and very cute. He is learning to sit and come to us. At first Gizmo didn't like him much, but now he totally loves him. Here are the puppies celebrating Utahs great victory over Alabama!!!


Boston was playing with his toys so hard that he fell asleep.


Boston got a chair that he really enjoys. He is starting to laugh and cue when you play with him. It is the stinkin' cutest thing you have ever seen.
We had a great Christmas Break! We had fun being around family and friends.

Christmas Time

We couldn't help but buy this shirt, because it is so fitting to Christmas Time.

We have had the privilege to hang out with the Bos-man these last few days because of Christmas Break. We have had a lot of cuddles and smiles. It's so fun to have a break from work and just chill. I can't believe how quickly Boston is growing. At his last appointment he was in the 95th percentile for his height and the 75th in his weight. He was in the 50th percentile for his head, he got my small head, oh well.

Boston got to meet Santa Claus for the first time. We needn't make him brave it alone. He had his cousin Sierra to help him.

Blessing

Well, For all of you out there we blessed Boston this Sunday. I have to say that it will go down as one of the most wonderful experiences that I have had. Cute as ever, Boston was awesome. Friends and Family alike, filled our humble home. I'm not quite sure how we fit, but we did. We had such a great day and enjoyed all the well wishers.

Turkey Day

We had a great Thanksgiving spending time with family and eating until we are sick. There is always so much food we don't even put a dent into, but leftovers are great. We even managed to get in a few games of bingo. Darin kept on winning and tickin' everyone off. My aunt decided to switch cards with Darin, so she could win. Then Darin won with her card. It just goes to show it's not the card, it's just the luck of the person. That night we should have went to Wendover with the luck Darin was having.

Brady had way too much fun with his chocolate pie. He took a handful of pie and rubbed it on his face and then rubbed his hands together. He is a true Hurst! He loves his chocolate!

Smiles

Boston is starting to smile when we play with him. It is so stinkin' cute. He slept through the night last Saturday and it scared the crap out of me. I thought either I had slept through him crying or that he wasn't okay. He had just worn himself out by not sleeping all day.


Boston also loves to stick out his tounge.

Halloween

Here we are on Halloween just hanging out. Even Giz got dressed up for the occation. Trust me he didn't like it either.
