Turning Tale

Boston has discovered a new way to get his toys. He turns in a circle while sitting down. Now if there is something behind him he just turns to grab it. He tested it out in the kitchen today and found the door stopper. He would fling the door stopper and it would make a noise and he would start to cry. Then Gus-Gus thought that was cool and he started playing with it. Meanwhile Boston is crying every time the door stopper would make a noise.

Here is a cute new family photo!

We got Boston a kiddie pool. He loves to splash and play in it. He has been spoiled and only will play in it, if the water is bathtub warm.

Sun Valley

We had a family reunion last week in Sun Valley, ID. We had a blast!

We went boating on Red Fish Lake. The water and the view was magnificent. I rode on the inter tube in my street clothes. That's right folks in my regular clothes. It looked so fun and my swimsuit was on shore, so I just went for it anyway. Luckily for Tony we stayed dry or he would have had three angry women mad at him.

We even managed to get some family photos taken while we were there.

We played miniture golf at a real golf course on real grass. It was tricky, but fun. The sun was too much for Boston. It wore him out and he was ready to head back to Utah at that point. The next day he was grouchy and wouldn't sleep. Once we got home dude was happier then the cookie monster eating cookies.

Having fun in the sun!

We went to the Doctor for a regular check up a few days ago. Boston is in the 75% for height, 25% for weight, and 15% for his head size. He didn't get his dad's head size. Future NBA star with his height.
He still isn't crawling yet, but he can roll around and cause problems. I'll put him down by my feet and the next thing I know he has rolled over by the tv. He also has started this new grunting noise. He will be playing or eating and he will start grunting. I guess he's telling Gizmo and Gus-Gus who is in charge.
We have been swimming a few times this summer and Boston totally loves it. He lays in his floaty and just relaxes. Then when I take him out of the floaty to hang out in the pool, he kicks his legs like crazy and splashes. I just love spending time with him. We are having a great time this summer so far.
